Questions? Answers! ๐Ÿ’ก

The things crocheters ask us most.

What do I get when I buy a pattern?

An instant PDF download with step-by-step instructions, photos, stitch counts for every row, a materials list and an assembly guide. Written in US crochet terms.

Is this a physical product?

No โ€” all patterns are digital PDF downloads only. No finished toy or yarn will be shipped.

I'm a beginner. Can I make these?

Yes! Most patterns only use basic stitches (sc, inc, dec, ch, sl st). Each PDF includes a key techniques section, and trickier steps come with photos.

What's included in the Club membership?

Full access to the entire pattern library plus every new release while your membership is active. You can cancel anytime from your Payhip account.

What hook and yarn do I need?

Each pattern lists exact materials. Most designs use a 2.0mm hook โ€” but any yarn works if you pair it with a matching hook size (your pal will just be bigger or smaller!).

Can I sell items I make from your patterns?

The patterns are for personal use. Please don't copy, share, translate or resell the PDF files themselves.

I didn't receive my download. Help!

Check your spam folder for the Payhip email first. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll sort it out right away.

What does the ๐Ÿ”ฅ number mean?

It's how much attention a pattern is getting โ€” not a price, not a stock count.

Every pattern starts with its own number, then it goes up as people look at it: +3 each time someone opens it, +100 each time someone downloads it. The same person opening it again counts again. Numbers over 1,000 are shortened (1,234 shows as 1.2k). The figure you see refreshes a few times a day, so it won't tick up while you're browsing.

On a pattern page you're seeing the number from before you arrived โ€” your own visit shows up the next time you drop by. It updates within a few seconds of a visit, so two people looking at the same moment might briefly see slightly different numbers.
